What is the Bloodsuckers Ball?

A one-night-only vampire-themed masquerade featuring immersive entertainment, eerie performances, dark vendors, and a costume contest for the most fiendishly fabulous undead. It’s gothic, it’s glamorous, it’s absolutely dripping in bloodlust.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Vampire attire is required for entry.
Any era, any style—just bring your best vampiric look. Capes, corsets, fangs, ruffles, blood... the more theatrical, the better. No streetwear, no exceptions.

Do I have to dress up?

Yes—vampire attire is required for entry.
This is a themed event, and dressing up is part of the experience. From elegant Victorian vamps to 1980s goth glam, we welcome all interpretations—but streetwear will not be permitted. No costume, no entry. Come dressed to impress (or distress).

Is this an 18+ event?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to attend. IDs will be checked at the door.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the Majestic Ventura Theater, with the exception of service animals and dogs in training.

Is there a costume contest?

Yes! Our Costume Contest will be held at 10:00 PM. Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the following category:

Best Dressed Vampire

Sign up in the theater lobby by 9:30 PM to enter.

Will there be vendors?

Yes! A curated lineup of dark artists, alternative fashion, eerie accessories, and handmade goods will be available throughout the night.

Will there be food & drinks?

Yes! The full bar will be open with themed cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options available for purchase. Food vendors will also be on site.

Can I take photos?

Of course! We’ll have haunting photo ops and eerie backdrops perfect for your vampire selfies. Tag us @seasideodditiesexpo for a chance to be featured!

What’s not allowed?

Can I re-enter the event if I leave?

No. There is no re-entry once you’ve entered the venue, so come prepared to stay and slay.

Is the Majestic Ventura Theater handicap accessible?

The Majestic Ventura Theater offers ADA seating and restrooms but not all levels are accessible without assistance.
